This Purchase Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through our website MMERCADOR and forms a binding agreement between the customer (“Customer,” “You”) and the merchant COMBINE BRANDS LLC. By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms below, as well as all other legal policies posted, including our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Return/Refund Policy where applicable.


1. Eligibility to Purchase

1.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
1.2. By purchasing, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted

  • The order complies with all applicable U.S. food regulations and import restrictions in your state


2. Product Information & Food Safety Compliance

2.1. All food products sold on the Site comply with applicable U.S. FDA regulations, labeling requirements, ingredient disclosures, allergen warnings, and storage recommendations.
2.2. Product descriptions, images, nutritional facts, expiration dates, and country-of-origin information are provided for transparency; however, minor variations in packaging may occur.
2.3. Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient lists and allergen statements prior to purchase.


3. Pricing & Payments

3.1. All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
3.2. Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
3.3. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and other approved processors.
3.4. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the full order amount, including shipping, taxes, and applicable fees.


4. Order Acceptance & Processing

4.1. All orders are subject to availability and final merchant approval.
4.2. The Company may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Suspicion of fraud

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Regulatory restrictions
    4.3. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing the order details and tracking information (if applicable).


5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1. U.S. Shipping Only, unless otherwise indicated.
5.2. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.
5.3. Certain products may require:

  • Temperature-controlled packaging

  • Expedited shipping

  • Special handling for perishable goods
    5.4. Once an order is delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the product transfers to the Customer.
    5.5. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The shipping address is correct

  • Someone is available to receive perishable items

  • Products are promptly refrigerated or stored according to instructions

We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from delivery delays caused by the customer, courier issues, weather, or missed deliveries.


6. Perishable Food Items – Refunds & Returns

6.1. Due to U.S. food safety laws, perishable food items cannot be returned, except where required by law.
6.2. Refunds or replacements are only issued if:

  • The incorrect item was delivered

  • The product arrives damaged, spoiled, or unsafe

  • There is verifiable shipping loss or carrier error
    6.3. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue
    6.4. The Company reserves the right to investigate claims before issuing refunds or replacements.


7. Non-Perishable Items – Returns & Cancellations

7.1. Non-perishable items may be eligible for return within 7–14 days, depending on the product category.
7.2. Items must be:

  • Unopened

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging
    7.3. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless legally required.
    7.4. Order cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.


8. Taxes & Regulatory Fees

8.1. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
8.2. Some food items may be exempt from sales tax depending on state law.


9. Risk of Loss

All purchases of products are made under a shipment contract. Risk of loss transfers to the Customer once the product is delivered to the carrier, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.


10. Customer Obligations

By using our Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery and contact information

  • Properly handle food items after delivery

  • Follow storage, preparation, and safety instructions

  • Comply with all applicable federal and state regulations for food import and consumption


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law:

  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order

  • The Company is not responsible for allergic reactions, improper storage, or misuse of products


12. Fraud Prevention

We employ fraud-detection technologies and may cancel orders suspected of unauthorized or illegal activity. Verification may be required.


13. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida unless otherwise required by federal consumer protection statutes.

We may modify this Purchase Policy at any time. Changes will apply to future purchases and will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
